1. Research-only materials (purpose specified)

AminosPure supplies research chemicals intended exclusively for laboratory research, development, and analytical purposes. Every product is labeled with this purpose. Products are not for human or animal consumption or administration, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, cosmetic consumer use, or any application that would violate applicable law. Materials have not been approved by the FDA or comparable authorities as drugs for therapeutic use. If a purpose were left unspecified, materials could be misconstrued as intended for human consumption—we therefore specify research purpose on all listings and marketing.

2. Eligibility & research attestation

Customers must be at least 21 years of age and must complete site age verification and research-use attestations. By ordering, you represent that: (a) you are a qualified researcher or authorized representative of a laboratory or organization; (b) materials will be used solely for lawful research or analytical purposes; (c) materials will not be used in or on humans or animals, or resold for such use; and (d) you are familiar with chemical handling, safety procedures, and applicable regulations. You assume full responsibility for lawful purchase, possession, storage, labeling retention, and use. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears intended for non-research use.

3. Site use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized interference, scraping that degrades service, fraud, or attempts to misuse research materials are prohibited. Website content is owned by or licensed to AminosPure and may not be copied for commercial reuse without written permission.

4. Orders, pricing & cancellation

Catalog prices are reference points and may change without notice. AminosPure may refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including when misuse or lack of qualification is suspected. Cancellations may only be possible before shipment; contact support@aminospure.com immediately with your request.

5. Shipping & risk of loss

Orders typically ship on business days from U.S. facilities. Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss transfer when the carrier accepts the shipment. International buyers are responsible for customs, duties, and import legality. No refund is guaranteed if customs seizes or refuses a package.

6. Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are generally final once shipped. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact support@aminospure.com within seven (7) days of delivery with order number, photos, and description. Verified issues may receive replacement at our discretion. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Products and site content are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant fitness for a particular research outcome. Information on this site may be updated or corrected without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AminosPure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. You agree to indemnify AminosPure and its affiliates against claims arising from your handling or misuse of products or violation of these terms.

9. Regulatory status

AminosPure is a chemical supplier of research materials. AminosPure is not a pharmacy, internet pharmacy, compounding pharmacy under FD&C Act §503A, outsourcing facility under §503B, clinic, or telemedicine provider. We do not dispense prescription-only medicines for human use.

9A. Correct labeling

Products are labeled as research chemicals for laboratory/analytical use. Buyers must not relabel, remarket, or represent AminosPure materials as drugs, supplements, cosmetics for consumer use, or products for human/animal administration.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state specified on your commercial invoice (placeholder jurisdiction until entity setup). Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction.
